By registering and/or attending Mysterium group activities, you agree that you ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING AND/OR VOLUNTEERING IN ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS relating to Mysterium, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, rented, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

You understand and acknowledge that participation in the sports and recreational activities advertised, organized, promoted and/or sponsored by the Mysterium Planning Committee may involve inherent risks to both person and property, including personal injury, loss, or damage.

With full understanding and knowledge of risks and hazards inherent in the participation in sports, group tours, and recreational activities, You hereby agree to assume the risks of injury, property loss, or damage that are a natural part of your participation in such activities and in transport to and from the events. For example, computers brought to Mysterium are there purely at their owners' risk. Mysterium Committee cannot be held liable for any damages due to virus infection, loss or corruption of data, malicious conduct of a fellow attendee, accident, forgetting it in a taxi, or any other failure.

Further, you understand and acknowledge that Mysterium Committee members are lay volunteers, and do not have any special knowledge, training or skill in planning, scheduling, conducting or supervising Mysterium activities or the transportation incidental to Mysterium activities.

Minors: You understand that Mysterium Committee members do not accept guardianship, responsibility, or liability for any minors attending Mysterium. You agree that you will supervise and retain responsibility at all times for any minors you bring to Mysterium.

With full knowledge and understanding of all of the above, you hereby agree for yourself, and all of your family and heirs, to RELEASE Mysterium Committee members and Cyan Worlds Inc. from all liability, claims, demands or any causes of action of any kind, in tort or in contract, which may arise during your participation in or your transportation to and from any activities of Mysterium.

YOU EXPRESSLY INTEND THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO INCLUDE A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR ANY NEGLIGENT ACTS AND / OR OMISSIONS OF MYSTERIUM COMMITTEE MEMBERS that cause you personal injury, property loss, or other damage. You understand that a negligent act is an action that an ordinarily prudent person would not take under the same or similar circumstances, and a negligent omission is the failure to do an act that a person of ordinary prudence would do under the same or similar circumstances.

Mysterium Planning Committee reserves the right to make appropriate and necessary changes to scheduled events and activities without prior notice. You agree to be solely responsible for your own safety and expenses while participating in Mysterium events and activities. You agree not to sign up for or participate in Mysterium activities for which you do not have the knowledge, skill, equipment, and physical condition for safe participation.

You agree to show respect to fellow attendees and respect event leaders decisions or forfeit any future participation in any Mysterium event or activity. Mysterium Committee reserves the right to ask an attendee to leave any event or activity if this respect is not shown.

You agree to permit photography and/or videotaping by Mysterium Committee members and/or other attendees and agree to permit the use and/or the dissemination of said photographs and/or videotapes without compensation. You understand photography may be prohibited during some events.

You represent that you are of legal age and HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED to the terms and conditions of the RELEASE OF LIABILITY, above.
