UEC birders,

What a fantastic banding day: 33 birds: 7 species. Definitely the day of the Swainson's Thrush. Here are the numbers:

Blackpoll Warbler
Winter Wren
Ovenbird (2)
Northern Cardinal (3)
Swainson's Thrush (22!)
Grey-cheeked Thrush (3)
Black-capped Chickadee

Next week's starting time is 5:45am and there is also a thrush workshop tonight at 5:30pm.
