I use a Manfrotto "BALL HEAD" and
tripod, sold in the US by Bogen.
These are available at "better" photography stores.
The tripod fits in my suitcase, I carry the "Head" in the Laptop case.
The Head has a "Quick Release" mounting plate which I have mounted to the ARROW with Three screws so it will not twist on the mount. I did have to do a little drilling to add some holes to the ARROW boom, about 5 minutes on a drill press. The Arrow is heavy, and in certain positions a single mounting screw will come loose.
