Abram/Abraham JOHNSON was born ca 1830 near Gipsey Bridge and Boston. I am looking for his parents and siblings. There is a possibility that his name was changed from JOHNSTON to JOHNSON when Abram was a little boy. He emigrated to the USA and was in Whiteside Co. IL. by 1854; he  m; Margaret STILL, had 5 children and died in 1867.

Where married? Frank Thomas WALKER 1869-1953 married Ada CROWSON 1870-1901(born Manea, Cambs, sister Miriam and brother George). They had family in Holbeach and moved to Whaplode, marrying into Stevenson family. Info sought on any WALKER, WINGELL, SAUNT/SAUNSTON and CROWSON links. David CARBUTT, Holbeach area c.1910/11 - reputed father of my grandmother (born illegitimate in Whaplode).

Thomas CLARKSON (b. in Norfolk) had a wife Mary and children: Margaret, Martha, Thomas, William,  Sarah (b, 1803), and John (b. 1816). Was this Thomas CLARKSON related to the Thomas CLARKSON, M.P. in 1786?

Son William CULLEN (chr. 23 Feb 1795, Great Hale) m. Elisabeth HOUGHTON 11 Dec 1816 Great Hale.
Sons Seth CULLEN (b. 1819) and Enos CULLEN (b. 1821) came to the US in 1840 and settled in Northern Ohio (Erie, Lucas and Paulding counties).

His father was John Henry HEALEY, b. 8.8.1841 at Spittlegate in Grantham. He m. Sarah PATCHETT in 1863, but she died in 1870.
Charlotte Elizabeth  HEALEY, nee CHANTRY is given as mother of John Thomas, but no marriage found.
Father of John Henry HEALEY was Thomas HEALEY, bpt. 13.12.1807 in Grantham; he m. Elizabeth GIBSON 2.11.1830. I believe Thomas' parents were John HELEY (HEALEY in CLDS) b. 1778 (?) in Waltham, Leics (?) who m. Sarah GOLLING 23.9.1805 in Grantham.

Jane Ann's parents were Anderson PINCHBECK (b. 1827 High Toynton) and Emma LAMB (b 1827 Frampton). It is believed Anderson died when his second daughter Emma was young. She was sent to Canada to Anderson's brother, William PINCHBECK. Seeking any information on the family in Lincoln.

On 21 Mar 1852 they landed in USA; 10 days later John,[Sr.] died. The family settled in Aurora, Erie County, N.Y. where Ann remarried and had three more children.
I would like to kow more about the CHAPMAN and DAVISON families in Lincolnshire. Siblings? B.D.M.'s of James and Ann and also their parents? What church was John affiliated with?
