I’ve been grooming dogs for over 15 years, three years ago I started my
own home-based dog grooming salon. The new salon is working out great
for the dogs—they absolutely love it! I strive to provide the utmost
comfort for your family pet, offering a clean, quiet, and friendly
environment. Since I do all of the grooming work myself, your dog will feel
more comfortable here because he or she is seeing the same person at each
grooming appointment. I’ve been recommended by local veterinarians and
continue to have new clients referred by these vets. I also take pride in
keeping myself and my salon updated with new techniques, trends, and modern
equipment.
Being a lone entrepreneur, I’m only able to groom a limited number of dogs
each day. To make sure that I can accommodate your schedule, too, it’s a
good idea to make an appointment for your dog in advance.
I have been involved with animals in one way or another as long as I can
remember. When I’m not working in my grooming salon, I spend my free time
showing my dog, Miss Melonie, in agility and rally. I have to brag a bit,
and say that we do pretty well, too. I also have two cats and a Thoroughbred
horse, Tasha Marie. And as you can well imagine, all of this keeps me very
busy.
