How do I publish using frontpage 2000?
1. Select the FILE menu, then select "PUBLISH WEB".
2. Select "OPTIONS".
3. Choose "ALL PAGES" for the first publish.
4. Fill in the box "SPECIFY THE LOCATION TO PUBLISH YOUR WEB TO:"
   ie http://home.somecity.rr.com/YourPHPlogin
5. Select the "PUBLISH" button.
