Oh let us try to see the Christ in man
nor crucify the Nazarine afresh
and put him to an open shame because
we recognize him not here on this earth
   for if we ever know him we can see
him shining in the liquid depth of eyes
appealing eyes of human and of dumb-
beseeching us for loving sympathy.

Until the day brake and
the shadows flee away

Safe in the arms of Jesus

She thought of others ever
herself never
we can't forget
           1866-1923



None knew thee but to love thee
None named thee but to praise
            1882   43 years



Though the lords unbounded love 
we'll meet again in realm's above
            Dec. 8, 1893 - June 2, 1917



Their lives flowing on together. After
a long and happy union.
Their souls return to God who gave
them: Their bodies resolving into 
oreginal elements, here mingle with
the dust.

            1835-1924   89 years



Her soul - Like a star
beacons from the abode where
the eternal are.
            1836-1916   80 years



Remember now thy creator in the day
of thy youth.



Asleep in Jesus! O for me
may such a blissful slumber
Securely shall my ashes lie
and wait the summons from on brigls



Here shrined with many a sweet
sad though
That loved one's memory lingers still.
Two sisters
            July 17, 1902   31 years, 22 years



But now oh now the heavy of shades
of night have sealed his eyes and sunk
him from our sight soon snatched
from, he gave to heaven his breath
and all his bosom wears the dews of death.

While weeping o'er my silent grave
my friends believe it true
that when you'd toiled a few more days
here waits a bed for you.

Blessed are those servants 
whom the lord, when he cometh

We only know that thou 
has gone, and that the
same returnless tide
which bore thee from us
still glides on, and we
