Current Activities
Steve ~ Enjoying retirement after
32 years of hard work at Snap-On Tool Corp., fishing whenever he can and taking
care of things on the homefront.
Sue ~ Works
full-time at Racine Correctional Institution running the office for the
psychologists and works part-time in the front office at Care Animal
Hospital. Any free time is devoted to
training and trialing for agility, rally obedience and conformation. Active member and Puppy Class Instructor for WAG (WI-IL Agility Group),
member of the Central Wisconsin Vizsla Club and the Vizsla Club of America.
“Faye” ~ Has retired from regular
agility and has moved down to Preferred (lower jump height and slower
times). She breezed through Novice, Open
and Excellent A to finish her AXP and AJP.
She doesn’t like doing the dogwalk and teeter anymore so we’ll just be
running in Jumpers and having fun for as long as she wants to continue. She just finished her MJP2 which is her 20th
Q in Excellent B JWW, so now it’s on to our MJP3. We’ve also been trialing in Rally Obedience
and she just recently finished her Rally Excellent title. Faye also won Best Veteran in Sweeps at the
Central Wisconsin Vizsla Club specialty at the
beginning of May. Faye is a social
butterfly and loves to go places and see all her friends (dogs and
people). She remembers everyone she has
ever met and won’t let them rest until they have said a proper hello and petted
her a few times. Her favorite activities
include being with her people, going to dog shows and trials, playing catch and
keeping the other dogs at home in line.
“Colby” ~ Finished her AX and AXJ agility
titles and also has two qualifying scores toward her MX and two Q’s toward her
MXJ. We’ve also started showing in Rally Obedience and she just completed her
Rally Excellent title. Colby's most
outstanding quality is her exuberant, fun-loving personality. She enjoys
EVERYTHING, but her absolute favorite thing to do is chase “sunlight fairies”.
“Victor” ~ Came
out of retirement a few years ago to earn his NAP agility title and has since
returned to the couch. Enjoys laying in the sun warming his bones and worrying about
bugs.
“Harold” ~ He enjoyed playing catch, eating breakfast and dinner and helping Dad in
the kitchen.
He was a great dog and we miss him very much.
“Eddie” & “Josie” ~ Eddie is going to
agility and obedience classes. He has 4
points toward his AKC Championship but is taking a break from the show circuit
while he matures. He shares his mother’s
exuberant personality and loves to do ANYTHING! He’s also very interested in birds and has
just earned his Junior Hunter title. Josie is much more of a home-body and just
loves to snuggle on the couch and watch TV.
She just earned her CGC and may start agility classes sometime in the
future.
