2005:

  • Finished off my Robin set today.  Thanks Curtis!

2004:

  • Traded for a real nice Green Hornet shoulder holster.  Thanks Pete!
  • Picked-up a bunch of vintage Buck Rogers pieces off eBay.  Just need the flashlight now.
  • Traded for a pair of AB space gloves.  For now, I'll display them on Aqualad.
  • Moved the CA Trader web page today.

2003:

  • Finally got a vintage Dr Evil medallion and chain after nearly 6 years of searching!
  • Traded for a single Robin boot today.  Robin looks so much cooler with a second boot!  Thanks Rob!
  • I was able to trade for a great looking vintage Supergirl doll today!  This completes my first Superqueen set.  Thanks Lisa!
  • Picked-up an AWESOME vintage Robin suit today!
  • Got a nice Robin batarang and bat-grenade today.
  • Picked-up a bunch of odds and ends today.  I'm working on putting together a custom paratrooper uniform so Cap can parachute off the kite in style this Spring.
  • Got another vintage Action Boy figure today to display my Aqualad suit.
  • Purchased an Aquaman trident today.  Its broken, but at least my Sea King set is complete.
  • I was able to trade for a real nice Superboy helmet today.
  • I traded for a super-looking Superboy chemistry set today.
  • Picked-up a really nice vintage Action Boy figure so I could display the Superboy stuff I've been working on over the last couple of months.
  • I finally found a second mint Lone Ranger six-gun to replace one I had that was broken.

2002:

  • I bought a complete mint Supergirl uniform today from a lady who bought out some old stock from a hardware store.  For the time being, I'll display it on my blonde Batgirl.
  • Finished my Steve Canyon set today!  It was really hard to find an unmelted crash helmet.
  • I was able to acquire a set of mint Captain Action basic accessories (cap, belt, sword and pistol) still sealed in their original bag to go with my "Parachute" box.
  • Made a great trade today!  I was able to clear out a bunch of old Marx stuff in exchange for an Action Boy figure, a partial Robin set, a partial Superboy set and a partial Aqualad set.
  • Very cool day!  I finally got my first vintage Comic Heroines figure... the blonde Batgirl!
  • Clyde Hall sent me a great looking wolf to go with my Phantom set.  Thanks Clyde!
  • Finally, after 4 years of searching... found an eyelid to go with my Dr Evil lab!
  • Bought a mint Captain Action promotional parachute still in the factory wrapper.  Sweet!
  • Found a Spiderman web tank and spider light today (even has the hook)!

2001:

  • I found a great set of Power Pack gloves today.  I've decided to put them on Flash Gordon so he doesn't hurt himself when he's out space-walking with his buddy GI Joe.
  • Another great day!  I picked-up a really nice vintage Captain Action "Parachute" box at a toy show.  Also found a mint set of Tonto buckskins and a mint Krypto for Superman.
  • I completed my Sgt Fury set today!
  • I completed my Tonto set by finding Taka the eagle with the feet and everything.
  • I traded for a nicer Captain America mask today!
  • Finally got a vintage Spiderman suit!  I've wanted one for 30 years!  Now the quest begins for all the accessories.
  • I was fortunate to find some more Aquaman stuff over the past couple of weeks.  I got a super-looking belt and a really nice knife.
  • I picked up a mint Superman suit (the cape's not even split!) and a mint Lone Ranger hat (with all the flocking and the headband) at a local toy show.
