Rosters:

All Lineups must be submitted by 10 P.M Saturday.

If you have players involved in Thursday or Saturday games, you must confirm your intent to play or pull them by game time on the day they are to play.

Injured Reserve:  

Any player listed as “doubtful” or “out” on the NFL’s weekly Injury Report may be placed on  your Fantasy Injured Reserve, allowing you to claim an additional regular roster player.  

When a player’s status is upgraded to “probable” or is taken off of the NFL report you must make a roster move to make room for that player or cut him by the following Wednesday.  

You may have a maximum of 4 players on fantasy IR at any time.  

Player s on your Fantasy IR may not be used on your active roster.

Transactions/Fees:  

Franchise Fee is $125.00

A transaction is: 
Claiming a “free-agent” player (anyone that is not on another team’s roster) or making a trade.        
Cutting a player will not be considered a transaction.

All transactions will be called in and conducted on Thursday from Noon to 10:00 P.M. 

Deadline will be moved up to game time in the event of a Thursday night game.

The commissioner’s home phone and answering machine will be used for all transactions and for the purpose of determining the order of requests.

Players claimed by more that one team will be awarded to the team with the worst record.  If
teams have equal records, player will be awarded to the team with fewest total points.

Fees:

First 2 transactions are free

3rd -5th transactions are $5.00 each

All additional transactions will be $10.00 each

Trading and Cutting deadline will be the Thursday after Week 8, October 31, 2002.  After this date, no trades will be allowed and no player cut may be picked up by another team.  All other “free-agents” continue to be available for pick-up.
